Anti-Choice Groups Ignore Facts In New Ad
Stop the Abortion Mandate has joined together with Americans United for Life and the Susan B. Anthony List to air an anti-choice ad on CNN. However, since Congress is fighting to ensure federal funds are not used for abortion and most Americans think that message is just a scare tactic, the ad seems to have been a waste of money for the three groups.

In a September 28, 2009 fundraising email, the anti-choice Susan B. Anthony List attempted to raise money by issuing several misleading statements on abortion in health care reform. In fact, Democrats have worked with conservatives to pass amendments that compromise on the issue of abortion.

Keeping with the conservative habit of broadcasting bald-faced lies, this new ad is full of misinformation and distortions because it references legislation that hasn't been written yet.
