Oil-Funded George Allen Repeats Cap-And-Trade Falsehoods
On September 13, 2009, George Allen wrote an op-ed on energy policy in the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Unsurprisingly, the oil industry-funded former senator relies on misleading talking points to distract from the facts. In reality, the American Clean Energy and Security Act would create jobs in every state and help America become more energy independent, all for less than a quarter a day.
