Rep. Cantor Should Read The Health Care Reform Legislation
In his July 2, 2009 response to the newly released job loss data, Rep. Eric Cantor commented that Americans do not want a government option "that will increase costs, reduce patient choice and flexibility, and lower the quality of care." Unfortunately for Rep. Cantor, Americans actually do want a government health insurance option, and the HELP Committee has constructed a plan that does the opposite of what Rep. Cantor fears.

New HELP Bill Exempts Small Businesses From Providing Coverage For Employees. The Huffington Post reported: "Additionally, the revised proposal calls for a $750 annual fee on employers for each full-time worker not offered coverage through their job.
