Today, the Republican National Committee (RNC) posted a "research briefing" on its website titled "The Facts On Reconciliation."
However, while arguing that the procedure should be reserved for legislation with bipartisan support, the RNC admits that Republicans employed reconciliation without a single Democratic vote in 2005:
