Michael Steele's Newest Infatuation: Glenn Beck

Our friends at Media Matters for America grabbed one of today's gems in RNC Chairman Steele's repertoire.

Steele: "Love Beck, love Beck.  My goodness."

Then he goes on to say that Beck accurately reflects the angst of the American people...not to mention his questioning the constitutionality of health care reform, closing Guantanamo Bay, and the 9/11 terror trials.

This on the same day Beck spat on the grave of a great American civil servant.

Beck: "Ted Kennedy's gone.  Oh, aw, well gee, it's kinda sad.  I hate to see a man who lived a long and evil life pass.  And now, what...did I say that out loud?"
